Roy is SMX’s Customer Service Experience Lead. With 24+ years working in IT he brings a breadth and depth of experience to clients that allows them to get the most from their SMX solution.
Roy’s past roles have included network engineer, software developer, computer support engineer and more, all leading to a level of technical and practical advice that is invaluable to clients. Roy’s service focus is enhanced by his risk-reduction mindset combined with a desire to improve client outcomes through technical automation. Underpinning all of this is Roy’s focus on incremental improvement, best expressed by Mark Twain’s quote, ‘continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection’.
