Andrew is a Senior Service Desk Analyst at SMX and a veteran of more than eight years with the company in various roles. Heavily focused on customer satisfaction he’s worked to ensure SMX supports its customers with high-quality documentation and training materials.
Andrew has devised training programs and conducted training sessions with our customers and resellers as part of his mission to ensure SMX’s partners are confident in using our portal. Andrew believes that customers should leave each interaction with SMX with a sense of delight which starts with support staff having a clear understanding of the caller’s need and resolving it to completion.
