You may be asking whats next?
- set up your portal account and the technical contact will receive a password change request, at this point they can log in
- create your DKIM keys for the domains provided and set them up in our DNS and provide you details on how to set them up on your side.
- give you a call to confirm the cutover plan and timeline (if you did not provide it during the signup process).
We suggest that the technical contact that will be administering our portal attends a 1 hour, online training session. During the session, we cover how the portal works and adding your first domain to start routing mail via our services.
Please schedule a 1-hour training session here when it suits your team.
We aim to complete the full process in a maximum of 3 business days, but this should not create a delay migrating over to us. If we encounter any issues setting up your account, we will be in contact.
