IE10 out of support for SMX3
SMX would like to advise customers using the SMX3 Cloud Subscriber Management platform that we are no longer supporting Internet Explorer 10 (IE10), or older versions of Internet Explorer.
Microsoft ended support for older versions of Internet Explorer on 12 January 2016. Effective from that date, only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive technical support and security updates. Internet Explorer 11 is the last version of Internet Explorer, and will continue to receive security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.
As SMX3 hosts important and sensitive customer information accessed via the admin portal, SMX does not advise accessing SMX3 using an unsupported browser – Internet Explorer or other.
SMX does support all the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE11 and up, as these versions will offer better security, optimum performance, better backward compatibility and support for the web standards that power today’s websites and services.
We recommend that SMX3 customers upgrade to the latest version of these browsers to ensure faster, more secure browsing.
